Kelly’s early background was comprised of studies in both finance and interior design, and she merges these disciplines seamlessly into her work.
As a member of the HOLLY HUNT creative team, Kelly spent 13 years working on high-profile projects across the US and in London. Positioned at the forefront of design, HOLLY HUNT creates spaces to inspire interior designers, which allowed Kelly to discover and hone her own personal style.
A NCIDQ licensed designer, Kelly then joined Partners By Design, where she continued to grow her passion for the construction and transformation processes. After three years, she created her own design practice, Kelly Richards Interior Design.
Her favorite spaces exude a feeling of understated, casual elegance. Through her experiences, Kelly has learned the art of effortless sophistication. Creating environments that foster connection and feel true to each client’s individual style is what she does best. Homes are a composition of stories—from travels, to experiences, and human connections—Kelly understands that interiors should be reflections of each client’s unique story.
